I can't even give stars on this. This place is never open past 10pm on any given days they slap a stupid piece of paper saying re-open at 6am. Your a 24/7 business that mean open 24/7 not open during the day a closed before 10pm. This place has some good employees but management at this location or I should say ownership is absolutely horrible. I'm not wasting any more money or time going to this location I've used for over 10 years.

Horrible service. Stale cigarettes. And there’s never a manager there to address any issues. I’ve purchased 3 e-cigarettes and not one of them worked… straight out the package. They never answer their phone, and they leave you on read in FB messenger.

Update 7/21 This photo is a normal day here.. the palace isn't busy outside.. one of the employees is outside messing with trash cans or something instead of taking care of customers
