“Family-run business that is really a wonderful surprise on our travels. A large group of us—3 adults and 4 kids—popped in before setting out for a hike. We ordered lunch…and it was served fast and delicious! The store sells a good assortment of the essentials you need, but the bacon cheeseburger they made for me is reason enough to go back. The proprietor and his family were all very nice and professional.”

“This place feels like a weird relic of the past, like a convenient store that was frozen in the 80s and just recently thawed out. Sure, a bit of dirt and general disrepair coat every nook of the inside and out, but that’s a part of the charm.It’s a mysterious and peculiar little store, and the man working the night I visited was SO fun and friendly. He was beaming with life and helped make our trip to Ladonia even more special. The vodka we got helped with that as well. :)”
