I’ll admit that I was hesitant to use this post office due to the horrible reviews. But this place is great with polite and friendly staff! I only notice long lines around holidays, which is completely expected. Thank you LV USPS!!

We ship daily for our business, and service at this office is always excellent. Never had an issue, the staff is always pleasant and helpful.

9 times out of 10, no issues on deliveries, but lord help you if you need to contact the post office itself. Suggest save yourself the hours the phone rings out and just drive to the post office. Suggestion: don't bother listing a local office phone number if you're not going to answer it!

Their phones don’t work at all. All my mail is rejected and never delivered. The people are kind but completely unhelpful at resolving serious deliver issues.

i just find it wild that for a town that isn’t even that big, the mail isn’t able to be delivered at a more consistent time each day. sometimes the mail is there by 10 am and others it’s not there until 8 pm or later. i’ve lived in bigger cities before where the mail was pretty damn consistent. but here it’s just a joke

My packages are frequently delivered to the wrong addresses. This Christmas has already been a nightmare with my car registration lost somewhere to a different address. Wrapping paper saying delivered and not here. Presents that should have been delivered but instead I get a single paper in a completely empty mail box saying the mailbox was too full to deliver my mail. Extremely frustrating and time consuming having to constantly try to track these items down or hope someone will deliver them back to me. I’ll have to go to the tax office to replace my car registration that someone now has with all my information. No other delivery service has had these problems it has only ever been with USPS

I have hada box at this post office for about seven years . I have had nothing but good and patient service and long term employees which I know. I have witnessed some of the frustrated complaints which often are based on a misunderstanding of the client not the postal worker and I felt they were handled in a professional manner. The poor rating in Google is not merited.

Never received my expensive package. Tracker lies and said they came to the door but they didn't, i work from home, I'm home ALL day. Only open for 2 hours on Saturday, not helpful at all!

Wont redeliver unless you do their work online for them. Manager hangs up on you if you ask to escalate a complaint

This post office is terrible. Yesterday I witnessed the manager swearing at a resident who was looking for his package that wasn't delivered. Then the manager proceeded to tell the resident how stupid he was. There were several other customers in there as well. He really made himself look bad.Very rude and unprofessional clerks and incompetence is in abundance.

I personally really like the Lago Vista Post Office. I have lived in the area for 21 years. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. When items have been lost in the mail or delivered to the wrong address on occasion they have always located my mail. When I have had inquiries they have always promptly responded with a return phone call . And I really enjoy talking to Tomas when I come in the building. He has always given me friendly courteous service. I would like to help their review rating improve. I don’t think it’s justified to be that low.

I'm sorry but this post office is probably the most terrible one in Texas probably, for one they didn't want to leave my packages at the door so they took it to the post office mind you I'm having car troubles and I can't exactly do that but when I do have someone get there they want to claim they are closed and won't give them anything; my son is not getting his diapers and wipes today I have to order them online for one since I don't have a car and two he has sensitive skin and I have to get it online since it's not in stores, I will be going up there March 27th to talk to whoever is in charge cause this will get fixed especially since they always don't want to answer their phones, when I had someone go there it's was 11:57 and they close at 12 the doors were even unlocked but no one was there; when someone finally did they claimed they were closed, this is not acceptable at all for a government building.
