The taco preparer could not understand basic questions in English and Spanish about what was available from the menu to order. The food that was ordered tasted bland at best and greasy garbage at worst. There were no condiments supplied at the condiment bar. Worst. Tacos. Ever.

The only place in Laguna Vista to purchase fuel. Awhile back there was a lot of trash in the fueling and along the road. However, I have seen staff cleaning it up. Very happy to see the trash being taken care of as it is a huge eye-sore. Nice soda fountain, with hot food available.

I've lived near this store for 3 years and it has consistently been poorly maintained. There are overflowing trash bins, swarms of bees around gas pumps and trash bins, trash and bird feces left on the grounds and pumps, several non-working pumps. The interior is just as poorly kept. One visit I cut myself on the interior of a refrigerator door but didn't realize it until I had returned home. I still have the scar today. I believe management may have recently changed but you wouldn't know it as nothing to improve the appearance and usability of the store, its pumps and other facilities has. Anytime you report any issues to the store personnel, they just get a glazed look over their face as if they have no clue how to respond so they don't. I've recently opened a customer care case CS2107947 but I was told it would be submitted to the management of the store which I suspect will not change anything which is why I'm writing this review. I will continue my pursuit to improve the usability and appearance of this store until something actually changes.

Had to go inside my card wouldn't work at the pump then it wouldn't give me a receipt at the pump and wanted me to go back inside there was no water in the windshield washing buckets just a bad experience

Omg! The attitude of your cashier sucks. I only wanted to tell her one of the pumps weren’t working after I had to go in to pay bc your pump didn’t give me a receipt. As an after thought I wanted her to know that the pump wasn’t working. She asked what was it doing and I told her it didn’t do anything when I put my card in. She said it was my card with a bad attitude. Well it worked obviously when I went to a different pump. If you don’t care she should wear it in her forehead. ? fire that employee. Plus your store and outside area is filthy. Isn’t this a franchise shouldn’t someone be checking in this site???Lastly, there are numerous other vehicles trying to get gas at the pump. #4. Get employees that care. I won’t be back at this stripes!

Horrible lines and employees. There were about 10 people in line to get food because the lady was taking her sweet time and kept misunderstanding orders. Then another 10 people at the cashier because there’s only one employee charging.
