“One of the best Dollar Trees in North Dallas. It's a Dollar Twenty-five Tree, so low reviews are not surprising but 1. Dollar Tree is better than Family Dollar or Dollar General. 2. Try the Dollar Tree stores in the Frisco area up and down El Dorado (423, DNT, Preston): they're depressing and this location is much much better.”

“They're a rearranging the place and for the better you had to get your compass cuz they've changed stuff one used to be in one spot and now another just got to get yourself oriented with the place but other than that I was in and out with no problem there wasn't a big line I did I personally wear a mask when I go out to places . And the employees were helpful the place was clean and shelves were full so definitely come back”
“I had an incident with a cashier but I was able to rectify it with a professional manager by the name of Brandon Brandon's. Professionalism is uncanny. I appreciate having to show a little to no emotion and still getting taken care of immediately Brandon, the assistant manager deserves a raise and to be promoted”

“This Dollar Tree is the best, cleanest, and most accommodating Dollar Tree I’ve ever been in! I was in total Awe of the way it even looked and smelled! Staff was very helpful and friendly to me but I noticed their interactions with other customers. No boxes were in the aisles like others I’ve been in. I’m still talking about this. Whoever is responsible for this location needs to share expertise and with other dollar tree locations. The one in Coppell is terrible except for 1 employee/cashier”

“Big parking lot and easy to find a spot. I didnt like that there were solicitors outside of the establishment with a table set up asking for money for their cause. Shelves weren't well stocked--very picked over (went on a Sunday evening and looks like must have really been shopped hard this weekend no restock-store may be short staffed). I didn't find what I came for but was able to find something else that would work in its place and then picked up a few other things too. Cashier was super nice, which is why I'm giving 4 stars. She greated me, welcomed me into her lane, shared where the scanners are throughout the store to check prices, was quick to check me out, gave positive small talk about the Cowboys game and wished me a great evening and to come back and visit again.”

As I shopped he acknowledged me and asked if I was finding everything okay, was observant of the line and helped get it down by ringing up customers to help his peer and even gave great friendly convo with compliments that made my day about color coordinating things. He was very friendly, observant and made my day. Thank you JOHN for being the example of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & KINDNESS! We need more people like you in this world!”

“I NEVER leave reviews—but I left a negative one for the DG off Huffines because the manager wanted to fight me for throwing a baguette outside for the birds. I just wanted to express my gratitude after that trying experience. These guys were so chill. I was greeted upon walking in and he even let me re-enter my alternate ID when it didn’t take the first time. The experience was great and the store was organized and stocked. Give this DG your business because they actually gave off the impression that they would care if I lived or died. Thanks besties!”
