“I love Dollar Tree, I find all kinds of things I really don't need there. But, I also find things I didn't know came in smaller serving sizes. This particular Dollar Tree on Teasley Ln. Is smaller than the one I am used to. But, I did find things I was looking for and few things I wasn't. Overall a very nice store. The staff was courteous and working hard to restock shelves.”
“Bought a whole ton of mugs here. Some items are ridiculously well priced (I don’t know how they’re making any 💰) while other items you’re better served going to Walmart.
Staff is friendly enough. This is dollar tree so you get what you pay for with a few exceptions where the deals are amazing.”

“Typical Dollar Tree. Unpacked boxes in the aisles, always a line for check out, unpredictable merchandise. Prices are no longer $1 or $1.25; it’s more like Dollar General now, but with no clear pricing so you never know. It may be fine to wander and feel like you can afford anything here, but you can’t take a list (or a need) and expect to reliably fulfill it.”
“It is clean and usually well stocked. Sadly, there are often not enough cashiers, so there can be a wait. It isn't too bad, though. Just be warned. Otherwise, Great place to shop.”
“I have been to different locations and some are a few steps better than the smaller town stores. They have a much larger selection and the Denton Texas location is more than double the size of other locations. They carry lots of variety in the different departments or sections. There are things that you don't find at other stores. However to be fair some of the smaller stores if they are in nicer populated areas then they tend to carry the few higher items that I've seen digital creators talk about. The majority of the stores don't carry the flagship special store stuff. For instance not cheap name brand nail polish but the higher end nail polish. So no non English words on bottle to Sally Hansen, China glaze, Essie. They also have items from other countries not just China products. I found really nice glass candles. That the glass is so pretty to reuse when the candle is gone. The facial products are hit and miss as to all of the nicer brands but they do have some good ones. Hope this helps some people.”

“They're a rearranging the place and for the better you had to get your compass cuz they've changed stuff one used to be in one spot and now another just got to get yourself oriented with the place but other than that I was in and out with no problem there wasn't a big line I did I personally wear a mask when I go out to places . And the employees were helpful the place was clean and shelves were full so definitely come back”

I’ll be honest—keeping up with technology isn’t easy for me anymore. Coupons, apps, virtual wallets… it can get overwhelming, and checking out is usually stressful. I also deal with memory issues and physical limitations, so something as simple as shopping can turn into a lot.
But this visit? Completely different.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, the music was actually enjoyable, and the whole experience just felt… right. When I needed help, Aidan and Jakeiya stepped in without hesitation. Not once did they make me feel rushed, confused, or embarrassed.
When it came time to check out—right before closing—Aidan helped me through everything. Coupons, payment, all of it. I was getting flustered trying to remember what to use, and he just kept saying, “It’s okay,” over and over, with a level of patience you just don’t see anymore. No frustration. No attitude. Just pure kindness.
At the same time, Jakeiya stepped in to take care of other customers and it made me feel like I didn't feel rushed. That kind of teamwork, that kind of awareness… it matters more than people realize.
And it didn’t stop there—after everything, Aidan even helped me out to my car.
That kind of compassion is rare. Truly rare.
We’re all going to have a moment in life where we feel lost, confused, or just need a little extra help. And in that moment, you hope—you pray—someone meets you with grace instead of judgment.
That’s exactly what they did for me.
Because of them, I will go out of my way to come back to this store.
Family Dollar—please recognize these two. In all my years, I can honestly say this was one of the kindest, most human experiences I’ve ever had in a store.
And to Aidan and Jakeiya… thank you. Thank you for your patience when I was overwhelmed. Thank you for your kindness when I felt embarrassed. Thank you for treating me with dignity when I needed it most. You didn’t just help me check out—you reminded me that compassion still exists in this world. And I will never forget that.”
“This Dollar Tree is the best, cleanest, and most accommodating Dollar Tree I’ve ever been in! I was in total Awe of the way it even looked and smelled! Staff was very helpful and friendly to me but I noticed their interactions with other customers. No boxes were in the aisles like others I’ve been in. I’m still talking about this. Whoever is responsible for this location needs to share expertise and with other dollar tree locations. The one in Coppell is terrible except for 1 employee/cashier”
“Big parking lot and easy to find a spot. I didnt like that there were solicitors outside of the establishment with a table set up asking for money for their cause. Shelves weren't well stocked--very picked over (went on a Sunday evening and looks like must have really been shopped hard this weekend no restock-store may be short staffed). I didn't find what I came for but was able to find something else that would work in its place and then picked up a few other things too. Cashier was super nice, which is why I'm giving 4 stars. She greated me, welcomed me into her lane, shared where the scanners are throughout the store to check prices, was quick to check me out, gave positive small talk about the Cowboys game and wished me a great evening and to come back and visit again.”

“The store's team has clearly spent SO much time and effort in turning this store around, and their store organization, inventory, and cleanliness is impressive! The shopping experience used to be constrained, carts were unavailable, and it was difficult to navigate the store and find products. Each aisle is now fully stocked and items are much easier to find. Amazing job!!”

“This was by far the most well kept Dollar General I’ve been to in a while. I met a very nice Associate and her name is Denise. She was professional and quick to help! I had to come in last minute for more medical products after my son’s surgery and the Associates there at night were all very kind and of great service! I didn’t feel rushed and was able to get what we needed for my son. Thank you Denise!!”
