“Black Tie Moving was recommended to us by our Dallas realtor. They were very easy to deal with and setting up the details of the move was easy. Our movers arrived on time and took great care in wrapping and protecting our furniture. Super nice and polite young men, they were extremely hard working and efficient. Moving is stressful but Black Tie made this move for us as stress free as possible. Unloading at our new location involved using a freight elevator (that broke late in the afternoon) and putting down protective flooring in the hallways. The movers handled it all with calmness and got us moved in and ready to start our time in Dallas!”

“We used Puma to move from Mckinney to Oklahoma City. Even though it was in another state, it was within 200 miles, so it was treated like a same day local move. Daniel (Sales) was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the process and eased my mind a few times. The price was almost half what I was quoted from other companies so I was skeptical, however Puma came through with a great crew. They were fast, efficient and very pleasant to work with. Nothing was broke and everything was assembled as promised. Thank you Cilia and crew!!”

“We are a returning customer from 2021. Office staff was great to work with during the initial rental process and very accommodating and pleasant. Reasonably priced and offered a 1-year no rate increase deal. Update 8/25/26 - We just downsized from 2 to 1 10x20 sq ft units as we are finally moving into our permanent place, but are keeping one 10x20 unit in a first floor climate-controlled building. Our experience continues to be very good and the current office staff (especially Rose who we have primarily dealt with) are very customer service oriented and pleasant to deal with. Access to facility at all hours is a big plus and 12-month rate guarantee has been great.”

“The young woman in the office, Kailey was very kind and knowledgeable about the move in process. I've never rented a storage unit before, and was wary about being trapped in a lease that I no longer need, but she made sure to let me know that I can move out when I need to, with little notice. The location is clean and my unit is towards the front, which she picked for me after I told her I didn't want to be out of sight in the back. Id recommend this location to others that are making a move.”

“If I could give them more stars I would because 5 just isn’t enough.
When we moved down from Colorado back home we searched and searched for a storage unit that we could afford at the time. Funds were tight from the move and both of us being in between jobs. We had our whole home in our cars and it was all about to be lost.
Thankfully we came across Bell Avenue Self Storage and they saved it all. They gave us the perfect size storage unit, the perfect payment plan, and guided us every step of the way. If we were ever late on a payment they never made us feel bad or scared us into thinking we would lose our things. They were always understanding and so helpful.
Two days ago, after what felt like a lifetime, we were finally able to move our home into our new apartment. And thanks to Bell Avenue Self Storage, that’s exactly what it feels like… Our home <3”

“Greg, Marcus, and Alex moved my daughter to Denton yesterday. They were incredibly time efficient, thorough in wrapping and caring for her furniture, and very professional & polite. I know locked off 1 star due to a couple of communication issues with James. The main issue is originally James said we would be the first move of the day and I am guessing closer to the date they had to rearrange the moving schedule which I understand. I just would have appreciated a notice the day before to inform me since I arrived at her place at 730am and movers came at 1:15pm. That made us have a long day and wasted time in the morning sitting around waiting. However, I would use again and I will contact 24-hour in advance to check their schedule arrangement and avoid unproductive time span.

Cliff (the manager) keeps a close eye on the premises and even came out to check on us a few times when we were doing out of the ordinary things.It is a no frills place that kept our items safe and rodent / bug free for us with easy access.”

So I went and the guy was not sure who I was, then brief look at notes, I was in a hurry, had to get back to office 5 minutes away and now down to 10. In seemed like mere seconds I signed, initialed, handed card, and walked into office with a minute to spare. Thank you.”

“Cant express enough how well these guys did. We got a portable building and they communicated easily, let us take multiple looks, answered all questions and even fixed the area where a branch rubbed the roof (unexpected).
When they left the site was clean and they were ALWAYS friendly.
