Just want to say a huge thank you to Leah..she is soo friendly and sweet..I even spilled my drink ..and she w not take my money...plus..shes always smiling ..which usually u don't see that...ty Starbucks..give this girl a gold star..shes a keeper!!!

I just wanted to give a shout-out to Brittany Perry for making my daughter feel special on her 5th birthday yesterday. We were in town from Alabama visiting family and we had a little birthday party for her last night before heading back home this morning. Brittany found out it was her bday and offered to buy her a pink cake pop from Starbucks out of her own pocket. Then proceeded to give her a $1 and told her happy birthday. My daughter, Charlee, danced her whole way to the car and waived her dollar around like it was a million bucks. She was so excited. I don’t think she’s ever experienced kindness like that from a complete stranger. We need more people like her in this world.

I don’t know his name (the barista) I should have asked or looked. He’s awesome. He served me and my daughter on 1-21-2022. Tried to tell us how to leave him a review on the app and I tried EVERYTHING to do it but I can’t find out how so I’m doing it here! He works most weekday mornings and he’s fantastic! We specifically go to this Starbucks for his great service and not the stand alone Starbucks right across the street! I’m sacrificing stars for not being able to order ahead at this Starbucks but it’s worth it for the excellent service that is happier and FASTER than the one across the street! Thank you to our favorite barista!! I swear that I will get your name next time!!! *EDIT* Jake! His name is Jake and he’s the best of the best!

I was in Albertson’s in Corinth this afternoon, stopped at the Starbucks counter and ordered, then sat down at one of the tables. One of the employees, a woman named Mel, waved at me from one of the checkout stands, then walked over to my table and asked how I was doing. She usually works at the customer service desk, and we often chat a little bit. I was having an emotional day, and Mel’s shift had just ended. She sat down with me, and we talked awhile and when she got up to leave, she asked if I needed a hug. That was such a kind gesture and so appreciated. Kay, a grateful customer.

A great store with one caveat; you have to pay attention at checkout because the cashier using the UPC scanner will sometimes enter an item twice because of a need to hurry to get to the next customer. Happened to me today. Bought one Wholly Guacamole but looked at the receipt when I got home and paid for two.

So, drinks are not prepared in the order they are placed. It you know the batista, your drinks get made first even though you were latest to place an order. Four (4) orders place after mine were made before mine. Too much socialization during busy times.

The barista was a girl. And she was so rude she had my order wrong and when I informed her she got all rude and she didn't inform me that they were out of ribbon crunch until I paid for my drink and she had an attitude problem the whole time... she also put an insanely amount of matcha in my drink and now I'm sick to my stomach I will never come back to this Starbucks
