This PO staff located here on Shady Shores Drive in Lake Dallas, TX is awesome! They are always SUPER helpful and very kind 😊. If you are a regular, they even know your PO Box # without you saying it! Very nice PO!

You can hear all the workers in the back blaring music but are too good to open the door to help grab a prepaid package that won’t fit into the box. Awful.

Actually delivery service seems to be the same as anywhere else I’ve lived, sometimes it’s delivered, sometimes it says delivered but wasn’t, sometimes it’s lost- but this review is about the customer service at the post office. The Lake Dallas Post Office always seems to be able to help. They answer their phones and leave a voicemail if they missed for a follow up call. I have unfortunately had two package issues in the past year and had to call the post office. Each time they were able to locate my packages and I was able to pick them up. I was relieved they were not lost completely.

I've always had a pleasant experience at the Lake Dallas Post Office. The staff are consistently friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Whether I'm picking up a package, buying stamps, or need assistance with mailing something a bit out of the ordinary, they always greet me with a smile. It's clear they take pride in their work and that makes this post office feel different than the sometimes impersonal feel of larger locations. I appreciate their dedication to great customer service!

The employees here are kind and patient with slow customers but are still able to manage quick service regularly. The person in front of me needed to fill up some unexpected form (as it's usually the case, and he was flustered. However, the person at the front desk was kind and explained what he needed to do. After giving him some time. The front desk lady asked politely if she could help the next person (me) while he filled up the form. This gave the originally flustered man some agency, and he responded in turn kindly to her and to me. The whole thing was just managed so tastefully and smoothly. I've seen the opposite many times in USPS offices. I felt great about humanity that day. Kudos to the kind and professional employees here.

Postman drove right by my box flag up had mail to go out. But only stopped at boxes where people were receiving mail. So what I needed to go today now has to wait till Monday hopefully it’s not another holiday. And you wonder why people don’t use you guys anymore I pay bills online cause you can’t get deliveries done and even pick up out going mail.
