It was so hard to not give them 1 or zero stars (if that possible). The only reason I gave any stars was because Leslie was so awesome. Initially Karlizza helped me and was horrible. I told her about an issue I am having where calls coming in while I am on the other line are telling people my number is disconnected. She looked at a couple of things on my phone and told me I needed to call the ATT help desk and that I would need to wait at least an hour before I talked to a person.
She clearly didn't want to help me. Then I told her I needed a new iphone 15 for my son. She didn't let me know there were different versions. I was supposed to purchase the pro. I didn't realize it until the box was already open and saw that there were only 2 lenses on the back. She told me I would have to pay $55 to get the pro because she had already opened it. She asked if I had WiFi at home. When I told her yes she said "then you can go set the rest up at home". I told her I was not comfortable doing this and asked if she could please help. It was obvious that she didn't want to. We ran into an issue with transferring the cloud data over. She said I would have to call the cloud to resolve it because they weren't part of ATT. I kept saying that didn't sound right. We could clearly see that he had backed his phone up on the cloud (we have a family plan). She argued that it wasn't an automatic backup, that you have to manually set it up and that we must not have done this because nothing transferred over. This was despite the fact I found on my file that it showed a file size to transfer. She then started talking very slow to me (as if I had a learning disability) and kept saying it was like buying a car and someone makes different parts that you would have to go somewhere else to fix it. It was extremely humiliating. She obviously didn't want to help me and kept trying to get rid of me. I asked if I could speak to someone else to help me. She rolled her eyes at me and told me that she had been doing this over 10 years and that I just had to call the Cloud. I had to ask again for someone to help me. That's when Leslie walked by and said she would come help. Leslie figured out that we were using my son's iPad cloud id and not the phone one. Leslie took the time to get it all figured out and properly transferred.

The lady that helped us was extremely nice knowledgeable and professional. She helped us with our problems and made it a fun experience.

I’m giving AT&T lake Jackson 4 stars mainly because Kesha who is always a great help when I come. Today I came to return my old phone and the lady that first helped me wasn’t very helpful because my phone wouldn’t turn on and she took me to a wireless charger to try and left me their. Kisha looked over at me and said that charger would take too long and she had a faster one for me to use. She was right and my phone turned on not even a minute later. While she was helping me the other girl who initially was helping me came out and said “ oh you got it” to Kesha instead of finishing the job she started she walked to the back to do nothing… again. We should all learn a thing or 2 from Kesha’s customer service.

April's behavior was incredibly unprofessional and rude. She refused to assist me and claimed she couldn't find any information about my phone order insisting I find my confirmation number and call instead AT&T. To make matters worse she walked away in the middle of helping me leaving another employee to step in and resolve the issue without any trouble.

Ricardo had me as a customer today. I came in with a broken phone and very anxious dealing with personal issues. He was extremely helpful and didn’t make me feel like less of a person for not having my head on and being difficult. If I could give 100 stars it’s not enough. This is the definition of customer service. Even sat with me for 3 hours fixing my issues and amending my phone transfer. Customer service is a lost art and he made me happy to be an ATT customer.

Robyn was the customer service representative who helped me. I didn’t have to wait. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend seeing her.

Store refused to help me with my issue saying I was out of my 14 day return window even though I tried multiple times to resolve the issue through ATT customer service. The employees at this store told me they could not help me and that they did not have the ability to exchange my device. They also said they would not call customer service. I then called customer service while in store and he said they could absolutely exchange my device. I had him speak to the store and the store employee said they did have the capability to do it but wouldn’t. They then said they would but for a fee. I ended up just going through att customer service and exchanging with no fee. Will never shop at this location again because they were dishonest and obviously didn’t care about me as a customer. I ended up buying a more expensive phone and all of the extras. This store lost a sale and a customer. Be aware that this store may not be 100% honest about what they can and cannot do..,you do have options and you as a customer do have a voice. If something doesn’t seem right don’t give up.
