Cassidy S. was EXTREMELY helpful, friendly and fast. Was in and out with a new line and phone which seemed like 10-15mins. She answered every question I had and suggested better options. Very pleased with the service I received.

AT&T is fast and nice. I was helped right away. My SIM card wasn’t working and they were able to replace it for me. Took about 10-15 min so not long at all.

Went in and waited about 15 minutes and there was no numbering system and no acknowledgment of us being there so we left. Went to Best Buy and guy acknowledged us right away even though he was helping someone and then helped us.

This experience was awesome because the agent Cassidy was very friendly and helpful, she was very experienced to help with the technical issues and she had a new phone for me and information switched over very quickly and had me on my way.

Be careful with staffs! They're scammers! They didn't tell me hidden fees even I asked many times to confirm. They didn't give me any contract or bills untill ATT charges my card. I have my power to compare services to choose before deciding. That's why they rushed me to ATT. The guy's name Kahleab Hill. And one more guy with blue eyes. I'll fight for that bill.

Went in to get a new cell about 4pm on Saturday. I waited about 20-30 min and was behind about 3-4 people. There was no logging of who was next. So when the next guy comes in the door and a staff member comes to him, neither one of them knew there were 4 people ahead of him. One man tried to get their attention but no luck. So they all were nicely waiting. That's when I made my exit.I'd like to suggest a number system or a name login or whatever. I will try again maybe tomorrow.

Went in store to cancel another phone and they had the nerve to tell me I had to buy something in store to be able to cancel that phone. What kind of business is this. The employee said something really racist and I didn't appreciate him making fun of people from India.
