Love this place, great yoga instruction by Annette :) I highly recommend it if you live in the Lake Jackson and surrounding areas. She even does a group meditation from time to time and it is WONDERFUL.

I attended a class this morning at 8. The class was with balls, getting into various muscles on our body. This was amazing. I will be moving to LJ soon and am so happy to have have found a home of yoga at Balance Yoga.

Annette is AMAZING - for massage and yoga. Wish I could go more often.
