Have to give a big shout out to Mr. Wayne at this location. Helped me with pair of jeans that fit perfect for my wedding!
He also, the day BEFORE our wedding, was able to get my wife boots to fit perfectly after we were told it may take 24 hours to stretch the boots out.
This dude is solid! Easily the best person I've had to deal with at ANY Boot Barn. Thanks Wayne!

This place is always so organized. I love it the staff is extremely kind and they greet you right when you walk in and the staff throughout the store always ask if you need assistance or anything even if you’re there a while which I think is great because you might have a question about something in one department and not the other. The last time I was there, my husband spent quite a bit of money, and the young ladies that were helping us were extremely helpful and offered to order some boots that I wanted and even look for them at another store but I was able to find another pair of boots that I liked instead.

I guess fashion has changed since western shirts in the 70's. Didn't have anything of interest. Smallest size was XL. stayed less than 10 min at the store

I have to shoutout the manager for taking time to help me over the phone and then in store on a boot exchange / order. It wasn’t very straight forward and she went above and beyond to help me. The staff was so sweet as well! It means a lot to actually have people to care about what you are wanting and take time with you. Thank you!!!

Incredible staff. Came in to get boot polish and look at boots. The girl that helped me, Jen- was absolutely incredible. She was friendly, professional and very helpful. The store is always well organized, and clean.
