"Getting to big for it's britches" ...Very dissapointed, yes we all understand prices and Inflation are going up everywhere and they pay their employees $15 plus and hour but why do they think that they can charge for brisket sandwich $5.99 and up based on meat quantity. They don't even give you pickles or onions . So I asked for onions or something like pickles (small packet of relish) they refused to give it or even offer to pay small portion from deli. Kept saying sorry we don't give out condiments...with that price you should ...Buc-ees upper management please be aware as many will read this I have done many reviews...You have many thinks right but many things wrong

Jocie I don’t know how to spell her name was the cashier for this incident , but we went in to buy beer and my husband best friend was buying it showed his ID and everything just to be told she was not safe selling to him because of his a appearance my husband then said will you sell to me she said no. My husband is in a T-Shirt with shorts and Sandals, his best friend T-Shirt jeans and shoes. I was very confused and I talked to her manager and the manager then informed me is everyone 21 or over I said yes sir would you like to see our IDs he then said no and then proceeded to say that my husbands best friend was refused the sell because they felt like he wouldn’t drink responsable and I just stood there really shocked. He then proceeded to tell me that they’re not trying to racially profile us and him but they were uncomfortable, we went to our local Bucees and they sold us the beer no questions. I just don’t understand my husbands best friend is Salvadorian and he speaks broken English but he speaks it well, me and my husband are Mexican and we speak English and Spanish and we were just trying to celebrate my husbands birthday with a couple of beers and barbecue at our home but we just didn’t like our experience with this location.

Staff always is super friendly when I’ve came here (and I’ve been here a lot). I don’t care for the car wash personally and never use it so this review does not have anything to do with it. Love the baked goods too!

Not impressed, been going here for a while. Seams the system isn't what it used to be. I complained that my vehicle was still dirty and they sent me back through as a "Rewash." None of the brushes spun up, it just rinsed it off again. Heading to the new wash by Kroger.

Bought a carwash and it came with a free vacuum. Vacuum only last 7 minutes. Tried to go to a kiosk and one of them was turned off. The other was frozen. I tried to get an attendant but no one was around to fix the kiosk. Waste of time, go to a different wash and vacuum. Rich’s in angleton has a $5 wash and vacuum and they actually work.

Great staff with decent with a decent selection for the location's size!Only downside is there's no Gatorade or power powerade bottles sold at this location. :( otherwise a great place for a quick resupply on a long car rise!

Growing up in Lake Jackson, Texas Buc-ee's was just another gas and convenience store, which is grown into what seems to be a worldwide phenomenon. This particular one off Plantation Drive was one of the bigger ones that Beaver built that of course pales in comparison to the ones he builds now, along highways across the state of Texas and now out in other states like Florida and Alabama and Tennessee. This one is unique to Lake Jackson because it has a huge car wash and also a coffee bar where you can order several different types of hot or cold coffees. After filling up with gas, we ordered a cold caramel macchiato and I got a Dark roast and added Super Coffee caramel creamer (some sweetness without the carbs/sugar). They always have snacks that are unique, as well as all the regular stuff. Lots of drinks to choose from, fountain, or bottle, or even at the coffee bar counter. If you don't know about Buc-ee's, I'm not sure where you've been, but if you haven't found it yet, I would highly recommend stopping and experiencing it.

The only one with a coffee shop! No, we don't have the awesome barbecue and fudge in the center like the big Buc-ee's, but this one has a car wash and a drive-thru coffee shop.

Paid $13 for "The Works" car wash. The wash wasn't the best as I still had some dirty spots on my car.The vacuum bay I chose had a damaged vacuum head on the left hose, but I didn't realize this until after I'd already started my 8 "free" minutes of vacuuming. The 4 men attending the car wash were unhelpful when I asked for more vacuum time. One of them even started talking about me as soon as I got back in my car. I guess he didn't know I could hear him.
