Champagne's Appliances team were a dream come true! Our fridge went out on a Friday late afternoon. All big box retailers (Home Depot, Lowe's, Best Buy) had ZERO in stock that could be delivered and installed on Saturday. I then found Champagne's and they had a brand new Frigidaire fridge in a truck out for delivery, install and removal of the old one in less than an hour! Absolutely amazing!!! Thank you Champagne's Appliances!!!

If you're buying from a big box store, STOP! This place has THE BEST customer service ever. We were treated like we were their only customers. I will buy each and every appliance here from now on! Thanks to John Champagne and the rest of the crew! And a huge shout out to the Bailey and Sean (hoping I spelled that correctly), y'all did an amazing job with delivery and setup!!!!

Champagne appliances has been around for years and still provides the TOP OF THE LINE kitchen appliances mattresses, some furniture, washer and dryers. And a little secret.. if your just looking for a good ol fridge to put in the garage, aske am if they have any old ones in the back.. I’ve done this twice now and they are repaired to the best possible shape and I have had two great refrigerators for about $100-200. Perfect to keep those extra drinks cool or when you’ve got extra food for parties or company coming. Anyway can’t say enough good about these guys. I will say tho it’s pricey, but we are talking TOP O THE LINE. Good stuff!! Love em!

From the time I walked into Champagne's until my washer and dryer were delivered that afternoon, my experience with Champagne's was exceptionally good. I appreciate Charles Moore for making the transaction easy and for making sure my appliances were delivered before I left for vacation. I purchased a refrigerator from Champagne's several years ago: both times I received excellent products and service. I love my new Speed Queen washer and dryer. Delivery and setup went smoothly, and the young man who came to the house was courteous, friendly and efficient.

Purchased a dishwasher on Saturday and it was installed on Monday, as scheduled. Good people, good service, good business. I will be going back and I do recommend Champagne Appliance.

Best buying experience ever!!! These folks treated me like family from the minute I walked into the store. Purchase was super easy and delivery was next day on time. The installers were awesome!! Customer for life!!!
