This review is based on shopping experience and NOT pharmacy. I have not had a problem with shopping for cosmetic products or cards here. My printed pictures turned out great for a cheap price, only complaint is that one picture turned out over-saturated. Not bad though!

Staff seems confused about Medicare part B& D. Always trying to charge more for my prescriptions, then it's a big mess to try to get it sorted every time. They are all so nice, though, but it gets so frustrating!

Normally when I call a Cvs they pick up, this one doesn't. I called at 8:15am and someone picked up I guess but they didn't greet me so I didn't know if they were busy or not so I just waited for them to say hello but they never did so they put me in hold. 8am couldn't believe it. Called again about 8:22am and no one picked up. These are medications we're talking about that I need, imagine if it was for a little baby or a very sick person. The people behind the counter at this pharmacy need to get fired for negligent service. I'm going to for the first time ever, transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens while I'm here for the time being, crazy. This was all on a Friday morning

Hate to say it but to be completely honest, the staff is somewhat incompetent and the constant lines all hours of operation show it. I waited in line 25 minutes for my prescription then the lady gave it to another lady at a different register and had me wait in that line only for that lady to not know what was going on, she then sent me back to original line to end up waiting 3x as long as i should've smh thanks for wasting my time yet again, never fails

Sign on window states they will close for lunch from 130-2 Starting February 28th. Totally understand that. After waiting in line for over 30 minutes and getting to pull up, they've closed for lunch til 2. Don't state when you're going to start implementing a lunch time if you're not going to follow when you implement it. Now I'm stuck waiting in town for my medicine.

So my husband and I enter the store we see an associate behind the photo booth it's the only associate there we ask for a covid test he points to the direction we cannot locate it he stated that there were some behind the counter that were less expensive than the ones he was trying to send us to after asking the gentleman four times to please guide us to where he had pointed us for the covid test at home covid test we began to get frustrated we asked again the location the gentleman we waited 25 minutes for the gentleman to come out from behind the counter to assist us quickly after a manager entered the building I'm guessing she's a manager she had a bunch of keys and she came in went behind the registered entered something walked into the office didn't ask or offer help noticed that the associate was struggling we did end up purchasing one of the covid test behind the counter because there were none left at the direction he had been pointing us to so sadly this is the closest CVS to my home I very much dislike going in there unless it's for my dad I do hope that they get better Associates people that will actually help you

All the 1 star reviews are dead on. Fails to answer phones, unacceptable wait times, unprofessional staff. Worst CVS for miles. Reported to corporate.

I've been on hold for almost 30 minutes with the pharmacy to see if my prescription was ready. Still waiting for someone to pick up at almost 8pm. Will see how long this takes, if they ever pick up. Update to come.Update: After being on hold for just over 40 minutes, I called the main store and spoke with the manager on duty (Jasmine). I told her I just wanted to see if my prescription was ready. She informed me she will transfer me to the pharmacy and let them know. So far, back on hold for another 8 minutes. Use to be a great pharmacy several years ago. Sorely disappointed. Will see about getting my new prescription transfered elsewhere. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.Called Walgreens across the street after being on hold with CVS for a grand total of 53 minutes. Walgreens picked up after only 2 minutes ? And they were super kind. Just transfered my new prescription there instead.

My insurance is connected to CVS otherwise I would have change pharmacies years ago. The drive through and inside counter are rude and impatient.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for years, since they first opened and it was good, depending on the pharmacists working at the time but now it's one of the worst pharmacies I've ever been to. They didn't have my medication in stock so they told me to wait a week while they put an order in for it but that I would need to remind them to fill it when it came in. Ok, no big deal. I go through the drive-thru a week later to ask them to fill it but they still didn't have it in stock. I then went to Walgreens to ask them to transfer my medication to them then they called CVS right then and there in front of me to have it transferred to Walgreens and told me that CVS had 4 hours to transfer it over. I returned to Walgreens the next afternoon on 12/10/2022 to pick up my prescription and they had still not received the transfer of my medication. I then went back to CVS to ask them to transfer over my prescription because I really needed it and I quickly explained to the pharmacist who's name is Ambily that I was on my way out of town and now running late and the whole situation and asked if they could please transfer my prescription and that the request was made yesterday. She then very rudely told me to come back after lunch because they were closed now for lunch. It was the very minute or minute before the time of her lunch. She didn't say. "I will take care of this after lunch." She didn't even look up from her computer. She didn't care at all that I was supposed to be already out of town and that their mistake was setting back my departure. She very rudely told me, "You have to come back after our lunch." My son told me today that this same pharmacist would not wait on the phone for a few seconds while he got the name of his prescription off the bottle because her lunch started in 5 minutes. I hardly think CVS wants to lose customers over this pharmacist. They have always been a great pharmacy so this is really a shame !

The pharmacy is the worst here they are always out of stock. Also don't help with prescription insurance instead laugh at you for not having the information they need. Go next door to wallgreens they resolve it right away and make sure u get ur prescription.

I’ve used CVS my whole life and recently transferred my prescriptions to this location. Worst experience of my life. There are no words to express how poor their customer service is. The line is always ridiculously long, the staff is rude and don’t even bother trying to call you will be put on hold for almost 45 mins. I transferred all my prescriptions to Amazon Pharmacy and I definitely recommend them. They made the transition easy and I didn’t even have to wait on hold. I even called after 9pm and was helped within 3 mins. I submitted a CVS survey and was emailed by Joe Ferlet “manager” asking to make things right and asked for a good time to call me. I responded with my number and told him to call anytime! He never called or responded to my message. This in itself tells you why this location is the way it is. POOR MANAGEMENT!!

How hard is it to fill my controlled C-2 substance on time? You have missed filling by 8 days twice in a row now.This is a huge violation of DEA regulations. Would your pharmacists mind turning themselves in to get arrested next time this happens?

I decided to give myself a month before I wrote this review as I did not want it tainted with my anger. Here goes! I have been using this pharmacy for 2 years now. I have never in my entire life and many places lived ever seen a more incompetent and rude pharmacy. The last straw for me (in a long line of disrespect) was when I pulled up in the drive through and pushed the button for service! Wow!!! Betty came over threw her hand up in the air and yelled at me. She said you don’t have to push the button we know your here! I mean my god how is that woman still employed there? This was the 3rd time she has been rude to me one time she literally threw my prescription and credit card in the bin and and rudely told me to have a nice day. All because she couldn’t hear me correctly and I enunciated my words again for her. The cashier in front is no better. I went in one time to get my prescription (I was tired of being insulted by Betty) I think her nam was Rachael? Anyway I told her the pharmacist shorted my prescription and no one told me and I asked them not to do this again ( this was the second time it had happened). She hatefully told me they didn’t do that and I said the rest of my prescription I’m picking up today says otherwise. On another time (same woman) argues with me about my prescription because I told her it wasn’t the right one. I knew what the doctor had called in and that wasn’t it. I took it home then called my doctor and she was upset. I went back and demanded to speak to the pharmacist as I was done dealing with her! He came over started the same thing it was right prescription. I said let’s call the doctor then he said. It’s not the right one but I don’t have that medication. Okay granted this was for my dog but he was just going to give me the wrong prescription and hope I didn’t notice? I have called corporate on this pharmacy once and I’m going to call again today. I’ve never had any issues with CVS anywhere else. I loved my CVS in Georgia and Kentucky. I just transferred all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. If you still go there you better make sure you’re getting the amount of drugs your doctor wrote the prescription for and that indeed it’s the correct prescription. I will never use them again because they can’t be trusted.

Drive thru people are extremely rude and entitled and unprofessional. They refused to refill prescriptions and I have had to go back more than once in a day because they didn't give me all my medicines. They have made me cry twice in the drive thru line. I'll NEVER use them again. I transfered to HEB and they are 100% better than this trash place with trash people!!!!!!
