“Huge shoutout to Ryan at the uBreakiFix in Lake Jackson! I live out of state and usually try to help my mother-in-law with her phone issues, but since I couldn't be there, I sent her into the shop.
Ryan was super polite and awesome to deal with. He took a look, told us it was a simple fix, and didn't even charge her a dime! Honestly, I was blown away and so grateful.
Before this, whenever she had an issue, she’d go to one of the big phone carriers. They usually told her the phone was not fixable and sent her home with a new phone she didn't need. Ryan actually showed some honesty instead of trying to pull a fast one on a senior citizen.

“Champagne's Appliances team were a dream come true! Our fridge went out on a Friday late afternoon. All big box retailers (Home Depot, Lowe's, Best Buy) had ZERO in stock that could be delivered and installed on Saturday. “Took my iPhone 13ProMax in for repairs… Issue: screen went bright white and wouldn’t clear or power off. Watched a few YouTube videos that suggested the following; press the up arrow, press the down arrow, and press hold the power button until the phone cycled off/on… tried it to no avail. Took it to have it repaired and was back in business in no time. Made it home only to find the phone wouldn’t stay on for longer than 3 minutes. Every three minutes it cycled itself off. Called MDS to inform them and they kindly instructed me to return it. Not only did they fix it in a timely manner but they went above and beyond to provide EXCEPTIONAL service and even threw in a few extras. Go see them. You won’t regret it!”
