On 3/1/2025 FedEx delivered a package to me in error. I have been trying to get them to pickup the package for 11 days.

Kept my package until someone was available to receive it, sent me an email and left a tag at the door informing me on why they weren’t able to leave my package, brought it back the next day.. good service
