They don't have phones. They all list a 800 number, and if you are unlucky enough to actually reach a human, they will not speak sufficient english to solve any problem. Don't even bother. Call UPS instead.

On 3/1/2025 FedEx delivered a package to me in error. I have been trying to get them to pickup the package for 11 days.
