The service was awesome, and the availability and selection of current or classic games is incredible. Got everything I needed to game for awhile.

It's sad how they had a young lady in there that didn't know more than I did about Playstation Plus. It's been a while since I have played, so I was a little rusty. It took a person that didn't work their to help me with the questions that I had. I will look around more the next time I go.

I'm 50/50... 1 staff memeber cursed ALOT... if I had smaller kids it would have been an issue.... they are kinda helpful... the one guy talked at me...and then to his coworkers.... but he has a ton of knowledge that helped me make a decision.... so if you have question they can answer them...but..beware of language
