HEB has lost their customer focus. They had NO shopping carts available yesterday. It was raining and the kid that was supposed to be bringing in the carts was hanging out inside out of the rain. I pointed this out to a ZERO named Robert. He informed me they had rain coats. Tell your employees...not me ! Robert is a total idiot. HEB...you can do bettet than that !

Taking my business elsewhere sick of the pharmacist named Ashlee Williams she tries to play Doctor with people's medications and I called the higher ups in the company and they won't return my call. Plus she's very rude and very unprofessional

HEB is already a national (Texas) treasure. Having one near the beach, with typically low prices and quality/variety is an extra value. This is where you should be going for groceries even if out in Surfside Beach / San Luis Pass, etc.

Seems to be getting rid of the things I like that I can get cheaper at Kroger. I ship at HEB because I enjoy the customer service, the empty registers ready to check me out and the sushi place. Half the time I go in there the things I like are out of stock. I even asked the rockstar guy to leave me a case. They won't let him. Now one of my favorite items is being discontinued for "new stuff". I don't want your new stuff, I want my regular at a decent price. Kroger offers that, forget about their 90 fake/10 real checkers.

They are so dang rude. Not sympathetic, empathetic, not anything. Want to argue with the customers about what Walgreens should and shouldn't do.
