In response to Lindsey M.’s post. I AM the stylist who did her hair. She hadn’t colored her hair in years and showed me multiple pics of all kinds of color. The pic she chose was a white ash pic and wasn’t the pic in the photo that she posted.
In our consultation, prior to doing her hair, I asked how often she comes to the salon. She said,” ONCE A YEAR.” If you want level 10 blonde hair, it is a commitment and u have to come to the salon every 4-6 weeks. She said she didn’t want to do that, and settled on leaving her roots so she wouldn’t have a harsh grow out like how she had it when she walked into the salon. She also agreed on leaving the highlights warmer for a more low maintenance look. I did everything she asked me to IN THE CONSULTATION. IF that was NOT what she wanted then SHE SHOULDNT HAVE TOLD ME THIS INSTEAD. I also blowdried a piece in the front and then stopped, asked if she liked it. She said she loved it. Then asked her again when I was done, she said she loved it.
The next day, I receive THREATS from her thru text messages and she would NOT ANSWER my phone calls and blocked me. I can not help someone who blocks me. Also, I am very easy going and always issue refunds if needed, but when u threaten me and my family, that’s where I have to set boundaries. And, I feel sorry for the next stylist who has to work on her. I would run far away from her!!! Below is a pic similar to how her hair was before we started. Then I posted some before and Afters of my work, bc slandering my name is not okay. Also, my name is not Nikki Munich so the fact she can’t even get my name right, says it all.

I've never left Nikki's chair without feeling like a million bucks!! Nikki has always been my go to for hair styling and makeup for the last 10 yrs! She's done my engagement photo session, bridal shoot, wedding, business meetings, and more! Most recently she cut and colored my hair to exactly what I requested and was very adamant about getting me the look I wanted and felt comfortable with! Not only is Nikki multi-talented but she's super engaging and kind! Highly recommend!

Do not go to this place and use NIKKI MUNICH. She absolutely RUINED my hair when I asked if she could recreate a picture she did previously of someone (or so she said she did) she gave me BRASSY streaks and refused to even give me a partial refund. I have never complained on anyone but this has been the worst experience. RUN DONT WALK AWAY and save your money. 0 stars for me.DO NOT GO. RED FLAG LADIES.Service: Hairstyling

I’ve been getting my hair cut at Headwaves for more years than I can remember. Mark has been cutting my hair for 20 years and he’s the best barber I’ve ever had in my life. A man who wants a really great haircut, Mark is the best. I have known Cindy the owner of Headwaves for 20 years and she’s just a great person and a real sweetheart.

Have been coming to Owner Cindy 20 plus years. I have never seen her do anyone's hair where they did not look fabulous. If you have an idea that is not right for you, she is not afraid to let you know.
