Horrible customer service I asked for a shoe and they went to look in the back and said “you tell you tell him” and was hiding the shoes I wanted from me in the back room and I called and asked for the same shoe but they didn’t have a 12 in store and on the phone when I asked but in store they had a 10 and I asked for the 10 on the phone and magically they said they didn’t have it.

Cashier Ms Passion was very nice greeting me as I entered the store. She informed me of all the great deals on everything in the store. With that type of service, I eft purchasing things I did not intend. I assured her that I will be getting more money ? and come back shopping ? I give Lake Jackson Mall store 100 out of 100?
