Asked 3 employees for help, was ignored and told let me finish my banana before I help you. Seriously? Glad your employees are incompetent, placed another order for delivery, the management does not do their job, my delivery was not here at the time they said it would be now i have to wait for 3 more days. Lowes will get my business from now on.

I came into store for grass fertilizer. Store showing they had 11 bags and only 9 could be found in the store . I needed 10 bags.
So I picked up the only 9 bags they had. One of the bags was ripped and damaged with probably 35%of the product missing. I asked for a manager and see if they could discount the bag. Chris the manager refused and said she could not discount and she would send back bag. I was disappointed but took my business to Lowe’s where they were very nice and helpful.

I came here and purchase some items i needed. My husband and I talked to the Store Manager Ron, he helped us out with a situation at the customer service. He listen to our concerns and took care of the situation. He was very helpful, courteous, and Professional. Thank you very much Mr. Ron.
