Had the best experience shopping at Hot Topic. Customer Service was top-notch. The sales associate, Caiden, was extremely helpful, patient and kind. 5 stars all the way!!

Been going into this particular Hot Topic for over 3 years and so far the greatest sales associate I've entered acted with has been January she has been very kind very generous and every time she sees me she makes it a point to smile and always smiling always happy love going in the store just to see January she's extremely helpful and notice the stores always very clean when she's there I give it the store at Four Star for the cleanliness I give January a 10 STAR RATING SHE IS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL....

It's a good place, the clothes in there are good but it's not for everyone's taste either. I do say that this place is good but most of the time when I go here I only look at things because everything in there is so expensive. You want a shirt that has a simple design of a certain show? Sure you can have it for more than $20 dollars. Or do you want a hoodie with a simple design as well? That will $40-$50 dollars. Not every shirt has a simple design I would say that some are worth buying but if you were ever to go to this store you have to have at least a minimum of $100 just to get at least something. There are like little things you can get like pins or maybe some snacks or little toys that are like $10. Good place to go only if you have money for it.

It's very cramped. It's hard to look at things because you are constantly having to move so people can pass.Staff is friendly.
