“This is my second time staying there. While there was renovation going on, it still was a good experience. So close to everything, and staff always helpful and friendly.”

“While staying at this hotel for three days, my granddaughter got a terrible stomach bug. It was completely unexpected and she threw up all in the bed. Of course we stripped the bed and went downstairs and told them what happened. We told them we were leaving to get medicine and food so they told us the would bring up the replacement sheets and apologized for not being able to make the bed. Totally understandable. We went and picked up our items came back and they had indeed brought up the sheets ands to the spoiled ones. So impressed. We took precautions but she is just a toddler and of course to our absolute horror she vomited in the bed again. I called down and told the front desk and she immediately said come get more she would run back and pick them up. That night we really went through it, all the sheets all the towels, just not a great night. She stopped throwing up and we were so thankful. That day we went out and on the way back had the worst case of diarrhea in a car that has ever happened in all eternity! Front desk was so helpful with bags, cleaners, paper towels, and old rags. When we got to the room the maid service had left an awesome note hoping my granddaughter was feeling better! It was truly so thoughtful! During breakfast service the lady helped me with fixing my coffee etc. while I was watching my granddaughter and she was very thoughtful with getting items refilled that might encourage the baby to eat. I’m telling you everyone was just the BEST! Service here is better than most luxury resort I’ve been to! Also it’s a great location at reasonable prices! Sorry this is a long post, and I’m not even listing everything they helped us with!Noteworthy details: Hospitality was top notch!”
