I highly recommend Kamini Aggarwal. She is friendly, professional, and informative. She will walk you through your taxes and help you easily understand your forms and the breakdown for your tax return. It is my 2nd year filing with her, but I've been filing with H&R Block since 2017. She is the first person I've filed a second time with. A very educating and understanding person. I cannot recommend her enough.

Will not listen to you, or answer your questions. Very discriminatory. Don’t go here unless you want to waste your time and have to go somewhere else instead. They also don’t take complaints seriously.

Everything was done so well except for the glitch and y'all's computer system it almost took 4 to 5 days to get it cleared but the lady that was doing my taxes Ms Rita she was awesome very polite and caring she did real good need more people like her.

‼️‼️‼️ SECOND UPDATE: ‼️‼️‼️
Sent in the paper file Feb 24th and barely got a letter from the IRS saying one of my dependents wasn’t accept, because of the same social security issue.
I got all the tax paperwork Rosa filled out and their social security cards to review it myself ONLY TO FIND OUT she typed in my sons social security WRONG.
So not only did I have to wait 5 months for them to amend my tax return, now I have to wait another hwoever many months to amend it AGAIN!
All because my lazy tax lady didn’t go back and double check to make sure SHE didn’t make the error.
‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Update: as you can all see, they replied back to my review with a generic response that offered NO HELP. The number they provided was for general customer service. This does NOTHING for me. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE WITH PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
Zero help. They did my tax return and it got rejected. I had to mail it in, because the option to do it electronically was no longer available.
They promised me they would help throughout the amendment process after I had asked before paying for their service.
They promised they would deal with the IRS and make sure my tax returned would be fixed and approved.
I understand the waiting process can take months. It’s been 4 months so far. Of course, I would like my money now, but I am patient enough to wait.
What I am angry about is that when I call to ask, they tell me to call the IRS and check in on their website for updates……….????
So not only did they lie to me, but I paid them $400 for them to tell me to “handle it myself”.
I feel like I was played into paying them to do my tax return incorrectly and then ask me to figure it out myself. Now I hear my tax lady is out for 8 week break. Looks like I won’t be getting help for another 8 weeks!

Rosa has done our taxes for the past two years. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about current tax laws and even the more complicated filings. I’m so thankful for her help and expertise in making a stressful experience such as preparing and filing taxes much more pleasant.
