I have always done my taxes with H&R Block last year I did not have a good experience with them so I decided to give Jackson Hewitt a shot and it absolutely was the best decision I have made. Tabitha was very kind, knowledgeable and overall it was a great experience. She answered all my questions thoroughly it almost felt like I was having lunch with a friend. Definitely would recommend going to her for your taxes.

My husband and i have used jackson hewitt for years and have been satisfied for the most part, although last year's experience was not good due to an error by the tax preparer.... This year, however, i felt the need to post a review because our tax preparer went above and beyond!!!!! Her professionalism was exceptional as well as her knowledge and personality. Shannette Stanley deserves a special call out for providing us with exceptional service!! She knows the tax preparation industry in and out and did everything she could to maximize our refund and minimize the usual stresses that come along with tax season. Yall need to go see her at lake jackson walmart ?? seriously, we were considering switching to hr block before this experience but she changed that!
