7-19-24 Lakeisha really helped me a lot even though she was on register she accompanied me to to men's shoes to discuss my husband's upsize because of a pointed-toe style. She was very smiley and I really appreciate her help. The shoes fit great! We will be returning more often to our local JCPenney.
2023 Roland was a big help when I called customer service today! His precise instructions helped me a lot. He was very professional and kind on the phone and because of his help I didn't have to go through the hassle of returning my package. Then in store Nora was very knowledgeable and helped me with brands and sizing to help me get in and out in a timely fashion. Thank you JCP for hiring such knowledgeable and friendly staff. I will continue shopping at my local JCPenney.???

Great visit they were very nice and informative we had to use the care plan on a necklace we got a while back. They sent it off in the jewelry center . Unfortunately they couldn't fix it but gave us the same one no charge .

The young lady that helped us is named Angel and she was such a delight and made us feel welcome. We were having trouble finding a good gift for my grandbaby and her recommendation helped make our day. She is a real asset to this company. Because of help like her we will be back.

I like shopping at Penneys. They are a staple at our mall. Service is good. For YEARS and YEARS now their bathrooms have needed remodeling!!!!! They stink and are so outdated. Not too clean either.

I have always shopped at the JCPenney in Lake Jackson Tx (Brazos Mall). Today, went to Christmas shop, got in line, as they ask(start line here). I was next in line, the cashier asked me to go to the other side cashier ..and she took a couple that"were not in line!! " I'm not saying she was a "Karen" but she refused to check me out.Come on JCPenney, hire staff that wants to assist"ALL CUSTOMERS"!!! (12/19/2023 @ 1:59pm).

I've been going to this store since childhood with my gram and now with her gone it holds so many fond memories it's probably forever one of my "go to" stores...still has the same classy yet affordable clothing and always is organized extremely well

Could not find one thing I liked in my size. Big bulky sweaters but no rain jackets. Everything looks cheap. JCP has turned into a disappointment, find better quality at Walmart.
