Friendly service, explained the process and communicated to me the areas of the car that may need to be changed soon. I found a coupon online so that was bonus and they used it with no problem. 10/10 Would recommend.

Got my oil change and Ben was great. He took care of us the whole time and was so patient since I had my kids with me. Explained everything thoroughly and did the full service check. Oil change was so quick, which I was thankful for since I had my kids with me.

REAL REVIEW!! Came in 6/24 right around opening time and met with Sandra ,she was my tech that morning. They are so good and fast they literally got me in and out of there in what felt less than 30 minutes .I had the routine oil , air filters, and top off done, plus they vacuumed the inside floors .Great service overall. I can't complain but I usually come early in the morning and everyone is 100%

Very nice and respectful people! Were very fast and efficient at what they did to my jeep. And very safety oriented the whole time! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family! And I will definitely be going back!

I've been going to various Jiffy Lube locations for years. This one has low standards and questionable recommendations.
They tightened my oil filter housing so tight it could not be taken off at another Jiffy Lube location. I had to pay someone else to remove and replace that. Then they recommended that my rotors be changed because they were so worn. They asked for about $250 per wheel. I got a second opinion, and the rotors are fine, and I simply needed my break pads changed. I typically like Jiffy Lube because it's convenient, but I will be avoiding this location.

Everyone was incredibly polite and helpful. We came in day of to ask for an inspection and were out after about 40minutes. Great service, highly recommend.

This has to be by far one of the slowest jiffy lubes in the country…. You got 4 to 5 people just standing around while your lobby is packed. Place SUCKS!

Wonderful shop in Lake Jackson - if you need an oil change, belts, wipers etc. this shop is highly recommended
