This place makes no sense cause they don’t carry certain sizes so you have to pay for them to ship it and then find out it’s over sized and get another size and then wait for shipping and then it’ll be too small . They have a good refund policy but why would it make sense to have a store and still order all sizes

I went in there to get shoes for my daughter. Jasmin was very helpful and helped us pick some out. Friendly environment. And I appreciate the patience as well.

Never coming to this company again. Had very very bad customer experience with Roman. He does not have customer service skills and has very bad attitude problems and the way he was treating his coworkers was absolutely horrendous. I can NOT believe yall would hire someone as unprofessional as him. Shaking my head journeys

Went in there with the intention of buying some vans.. walk out cuz the lady in there was so rude!! Was yelling across the room and instead of walking towards me i had to walk to her to ask her to tell her what I wanted!

Was willing to buy 2 pairs of vans but the manager was very rude every time I go in there I feel like I'm a bother. Purchased so many times from journeys never again, due to how being treated.
