Horrible service. What the manager and assistant manager told me was 2 totally different things. I feel as though they are playing me and only worried about making a sale. I haven’t had service this bad in a long time take your business somewhere else

Husband bought me a engagement ring which was the “highest quality ring” so Kay’s kept telling us. The first issue was sizing took 3 weeks not 2 like they said. I had my ring for maybe a week if that and I lost a small diamond off of the trade mark area. So that took another 3 weeks to get back. I knew it was done poorly by the way it looked. Maybe 4 days later it fell out again. I said I want my money back or I want a new ring. They said no to return and I would need to lose my diamond for a 3rd time to get a whole new one. I had enough and demanded a refund because I didn’t have my ring for 30 days they did. I had it maybe a week and half total within 2 months. I had to argue for our money back and we got it back thank God but my engagement was ruined. I can’t get that moment back. I do not recommend Kay’s at all.

they could improve by not selling awful cloudy diamonds to an elderly man who is almost blind for almost 4 grand. had it tested and it's not worth more than 300. everywhere I've taken the ring says the same thing. he got ripped off big time.

Do not trust this company with your money! I placed an order with a promise date of 5/28/21 and have been chatting with customer service 1 week before shipping to make sure there would be no delays. I paid for express shipping. It was my child's high school graduation ring. I specifically ordered from Kay's and paid twice the price so it would be here by Graduation Day. They are unable to contact the jeweler for me to find out what is causing the delay. They cannot refund my money without an ok from the jeweler. Kay has no incentive to find anything out because they are paid for something someone else is responsible for making. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH KAY'S AGAIN. I called and spoke to a live agent who gave me some line about known overseas shipping delays. Again they refuse to behave like good faith humans.
