Leo Martin, initiated work on my car without obtaining the necessary approval from Geico (my insurance provider). At the time, they assured me that this was a standard procedure and that Geico would promptly approve the repairs. In good faith, we allowed them to proceed. They completed the repairs efficiently and notified us that the car was ready for pick-up.However, when Geico eventually reviewed the repair bill, they approved most of the charges but surprisingly denied a specific charge of $350 for a pre and post scan of the vehicle. According to Geico, this procedure was deemed unnecessary. Unfortunately, we only found out about this dispute after we had already paid the full repair bill. The repair shop had assured us that Geico would reimburse us for the entire amount prior to us paying the repair bill. However, since Geico denied paying, this turned out not to be the case.Given this experience, I would strongly advise you to be cautious when dealing with any repair shop and insurance companies. I understand I am at fault for some of this. Therefore, it's crucial to ensure that all repairs are explicitly approved by the insurance company before any work commences. Because Leo Martin claims it is not their responsibility to make you aware of these risks. Furthermore, since I had already paid Leo Martin they made a poor attempt at disputing it with Geico. I already paid them, so they no longer cared to fight with Geico for me.I eventually got Geico to reimburse me by sending a couple emails to my adjuster. If you're considering Leo Martin for your repairs, I would recommend double-checking their communication with the insurance company to ensure that everything is approved in advance. Because at the end of the day, Leo Martin is only looking out for themselves.

This is a great place to get your vehicle or get it serviced. Ask for Reagan Martin. He has 7 years experience in finance and he won’t steer you wrong. He has a service oriented mindset, a great attitude, and works so hard to help every customer. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Terry Alexander has always gone above and beyond to help, whether buying a car or helping with any car problems that come up. My family has and will continue to do business with Terry. Shelbi and Courtney in the service department are very helpful as well.

New car Sales Mgr Micah and used car sales Mgr were awesome. The finance manager Reagan however is severely lacking in skills and personality.First putting the wrong car on the trade in even after my husband tried to tell him he disregarded it. Then even though he was told clearly to only go through GM he took it upon himself to ignore my instructions and went only to a bank. I had to chew him out to get him to do what I clearly said and it was a better deal through GM just like I knew it would be.We decided not to buy from Leo Martin because I will not do business with someone who disregards the clients instructions and just does what he wants. Reagan cost them 2 sales. This finance manager does not want to get you the best deal he just wants to do what he feels like doing.

This is the worst dealership experience. I’ve had in 20 years. I had my car at the body shop. It’s been four months. They said it was finished. It’s still misaligned. Put the car in the main shop. They were going to run a diagnostic. Been there three times to pick it up last time I picked it up, it still had trash all over it when you serviced it all over the windshield and inside. The sales people are very polite and professional and the same goes for Brian in the service department.

My father brought my corvette to this dealership post accident. They kept my car for 4 months and at the end the car did not run and was completely misaligned (exponentially worse than when it was sent). This hack of a dealership told the insurance company that the car was in a prior accident (it was not) so the insurance refused to pay to fix the misalignment by the dealership, stating it was as good as could be expected. The dealership refused to quantify in writing or any other form as to why they believed the car to be in a prior accident. I have documentation to prove that it wasn't. The car arrived here in perfect running condition and left not running. Leo Martin charged my father for diagnostics and told him and the insurance agency it was the alternator. The alternator was replaced and the car STILL DOESN'T RUN! The insurance company also refuses to fix this because the mechanics here told them that it was a bad alternator. The body shop at Leo Martin is completely incompetent, so are the mechanics. This obviously comes from the top down as the manager was spoken to multiple times and stands behind the incompetence (but refuses to put anything in writing). I have yet to receive an itemized list of repairs/costs even though my father has requested it repeatedly. I have now had to hire a lawyer to take care of what should have been a simple fix. DO NOT bring your vehicle here. Oh and my father (unbeknownst to me) attempted to trade the corvette in at this dealership just to be done with this, and they idiots told him that in it's current condition (that they caused) they would not take it as a trade-in. This dealership is not fit to work on a hot wheel.

Sales / buying experience was no fluff - no fuss. This was a special order that took about 3 months to come in. The salesman Chris Greene was to the point and kept me up to date from order through make ready / delivery.

I would select no stars if possible. I brought my chevy cruse in to have a tire sensor replaced and the oil changed. Was told the tire was low. It was not and had to prove that to them. They rubbed dirt and oil inside on the headliner which I did not notice until on the way home. Brought it back a few days later as instructed by Mike service manager and they made me feel like it was such a burden for them to clean it. They did not say anything to me, did not even let me show them what was wrong, just drove off with my car. When he came back they had scrubbed it until the headliner itself is scuffed and fraying. He said sorry if it's not to your satisfaction we can replace the whole headliner. I can only imagine how badly that would turn out so I passed. Never buying another car from them or even taking back for maintenance.

Hands down best car buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased at least 50 cars in my lifetime and working with Jerry and Reagan were the absolute best. Highly recommend!

Service department would not fix a single issue on my c8 corvette even though it was still covered under cpo warranty. They even refused to fix the passenger seat belt that continues to unbuckle randomly. At a minimum I would have expected them to fix this just to prevent a possible lawsuit. Called another dealership and they replaced everything and fixed everything under the warranty. Leo Martin also screwed up my wheel alignment which wore the inside of the tire down to bare wires in less than 3500miles, the outside of the tire is still around 75% life left. All other tires look new. It appears they didn’t tighten the bolts and the tire shifted after leaving there. Avoid them at all cost! They refused to do anything on any of the issues present and just say sorry can’t help you. Definitely go elsewhere!

Just recently purchased a used Toyota Tacoma from Leo Martin. The Salesman who helped me showed me the exact truck I wanted. Which is funny since it’s a Toyota at a Chevy dealership. It had super low mileage and kitted out exactly how I wanted it. Big thanks to Chris Cueva And the Leo Martin finance team for making things quick, easy and painless.

Chris Greene was very helpful in the buying experience. He made the car buying process non stressful! Reagan Martin (financial manager) was also very helpful. So happy to be driving off the lot with a great purchase! Definitely will be back for future purchases. BEST DEALERSHIP IN TOWN!

The experience was great. I ended up doing most of the process over the phone and scheduled a time to sign papers and pickup the vehicle. When I showed up that day they had the car completely ready. I decided to take a quick test drive, ask a few more questions, and then get the paperwork signed. The whole process was really easy and quick
