Dez was super helpful with getting some hats embroidered for my baseball team. I had some issues with them previously, and she took so much time to make it right for me. I’ll be sure to ask for her the next time I go

Are they ever open ? I’ve tried to go multiple times when they’re supposed to be open but the gate is closed & there is no one in there. It’s always closed.

Store is always closed during the open hours, and when they are open, the customer service is terrible.
