Theirs a lot of costumers , in costumer service waiting to returned ,just only one cashier , other employees just passed by instead of stoping and help they asked for the manager she just started arguing with the costumers .

Just called to get a filter replacement and they are no longer carrying the Honeywell air filter for my air filter machine. Calling directly to the Honeywell company proved to me why buying direct from a store is often better. In this case, from Honeywell company's direct source, the filter is exorbitantly expensive. I can see why Lowe's would be a better choice, price wise. I have bought it in the past and it was reasonably priced. I just wish they would get it back in, because now I have to go to another competitor's store. I was so surprised and happy regarding Lowe's customer service, as they recommended their competitor, and kindly took the time to look it up for me, and then let me know they had it available. How kind and professional! I told the associate I will definitely be coming back to Lowe's simply because they're honest, they went the extra mile to help me with a very cheerful and kind voice over the phone, and most of all by recommending another place that may be carrying what people might be looking for. I love Lowe's! Thanks guys! Kudos to the respectful and cheerful customer service!

I like shopping Lowe's for building/ repair materials. The flashlights......uuuuu. They're always being moved and it reduces the inventory. Lowe's could do a much better job with the flashlights.
