Often I find the drive-thru teller asleep. And then they charged me $30 for a wire transfer. Upside is they don't charge me an overdraft fee.

Fast, friendly customer service. The tellers are very sweet. The Manager was very professional but also kind and went out of his way to help me out.

This is one of my favorite banking establishments around. I always feel very welcome and well taken care of it. I highly recommend this bank and, more specifically, the Lake Jackson branch.

Good luck ever reaching a human being over the phone when you need one. Their automated calling system is slow and constantly gives you half the information it says it's going to give you. When you try to get a person on the line to talk to it literally loops itself into itself and starts its menu over again. My house flooded, I'm trying to get my bank info, I have no means to reach a branch, I NEED assistance, and this damned computer is preventing me from getting that help. So I've had about enough of this, I'm going to a better bank. Oh, here are some other issues I've had while having an account with them. They've constantly denied purchases I've made then blamed the retailer (even though I've had a purchase history with the retailer). They've intentionally set a purchase limit on my account without letting me know causing problems with me trying to spend my own money. They've locked my card for purchases I made because they thought buying gas in the same town i live in was suspicious. It just seems like everything I do with this account turns into a giant hassle that takes days to resolve. I don't recommend anyone opening an account here, esp on the fact that you can't get a person on the phone. Best of luck with you getting in touch with anyone should your account have a problem aside from walking to the bank directly, if you're even able to do that. I'm going to go drown myself in the river that is currently engulfing my house now. Thank you Moody.
