Long hours and pretty good availability of parts. I happen to need shocks that were in stock in the next town. I was able to pay for it right then and just took the receipt to the other store. They were ready and waiting. I also got a check on a warning light while there. I'm never disappointed at O'Reilly.

Typically only one or two people working the front during the most busy hours. I'm grateful to those that do show up to work, but I don't understand why there are never more than one or two. There are always voices coming from the back. Are those employees not competent to work a register?

Kudos Tray! My husband came in for my son’s jeep battery because the Jeep wouldn’t start. One employee tested it and said it was good and then my husband said OK. Well then check the alternator then the guy came back and said “yeah the battery is bad” so my husband went inside and Tray Helped him at the counter. While he was looking at when the battery was purchased. Tray, informed my husband that someone sold him the wrong battery. Tray Guided my husband and son on the proper battery and we just paid the difference of the correct one and walked out with the jeep working as expected. Tray is very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind every time that we go into the store. He should be recognized for his outstanding customer service and satisfaction to the public! Thanks again Tray!

I usually have a great experience but my boyfriend and I came today, and just like in a review from two months ago that same young blonde ponytail and glasses with multiple ear piercings serviced us at the counter.
Instead of greeting us, she gave us this look that made us feel as if we were an inconvenience to serve us. We approached and she said "What do you want?"
We told her we're looking to exchange a part on warranty. She asked us if we have the box, we responded no and she blinked heavily with widened eyes and looked towards her computer making us feel stupid.
Every question she asked about the vehicle was with a jaded tone and annoyed attitude.
We realized we didn't have the receipt on us and she asked us for our phone number to see if it was listed. That's totally fine. No problem at all.
Tell me why this little girl was the cuntiest person I have ever met in my life? Im young too, not but a year or two off her age. No professionalism whatsoever or simple even social mannerisms on a basic exchange.
We left frustrated and didn't want to deal with her anymore. We respectfully said thank you and kept our mouths quiet and went outside to cool off.
I returned on my own to get someone else to try the numbers she had previously asked for with the other older lady. When I came back in the blonde girl from before gave me wide eyes and stared me down my whole walk over to the counter, then stayed in the back the entire time I was in store.
I know I'm not crazy cause I've read other reviews about seemingly the same young girl. What is her problem. I love this location but damn dude.

This place helped us with our car parts after the Auto Zone store couldn't. The young man (with braids) went above and beyond to make sure we were purchasing the right parts. He is an asset to this place and We told him we would recommend him to get a raise in wages. I recommend this store.

Shop there often and usually they have great customer service, but on this particular visit, I went in for just a spark plug and the clerk behind the counter just wasn't into greeting the customers. She seemed put out having to get my spark plug and take my money. These young people today just have no idea what customer service really is.

My daughter and I went there the other day and a gentleman by the name Tiray tested my daughter's car.He did a great job even better than the dealer. Dealer said her Alternator was good and they were wrong, I'd say Tiray did a great job cause it was bad in the long run. I worked for O'Reilly when it was Murray's many yrs back. You don't find to many good worker's like Tiray. I hope he stays working ther.

I recently got a battery check by a lady and she tested it says battery failed and I got it confirmed somewhere else it’ says battery pass , I went there to address the concern I felt like it was not appreciated what I said as if they still felt like my battery fail which I would had wasted money thank God I didn’t waste any money please have someone know what there doing
