I walked into petsmart in a pretty depressing mood. I had just left the vet and was told my bearded dragon might not make it but I had all good intentions on finding him a good size cage and getting him set up the way the vet had asked me to. I got to the register and was already stressed about the price . The cashier had just finished talking about how this was her 2nd job and she was tired but was making the best of it with a smile on her face. She greeted every customer in front of me with open arms and was asking if they were okay since the hurricane we had just went through. The cashier greeted me and told me she could save me some money. She said here give me your stuff I'll hold it up here for you while you go download the app. I then came back and she navigated me through everything and even saved me more money on the tank I bought. Her kindness and perfessionalism warmed my heart and really made my day. After telling her thank you over and over I asked her her name. Her name is Jennifer. Special thanks to her on helping me during a difficult time. Your kindness speaks volumes. She is an amazing employee and was truly a blessing !

I love how clean the store is kept. Everyone I encounter has a friendly attitude, they are informative and if they do not know something, will find someone who does.

I placed an online order for a cat tree that said was in stock at this store. It was discounted and I ended up getting $100 off when I placed it online. I go to the store the next day hoping to pick up my order and they tell me it’s not in store. I get inventory and online ordering can pose problems sometimes but instead of making it up and price matching me with something similar in price they only give me 20% off on a cat tree that was cheaper and smaller than the one I ordered. So instead of paying $97 online for the larger cat tree I ordered, I had to pay $147 for a smaller cat tree. I’m extremely disappointed.

I have been taking Tia to have her nails, trimmed and groomed by Fred for two years now. Fred is very professional, personable, and takes great care with the animals. He is soft-spoken and calls them by name which I think is exceptional because I’m sure that there are many, many dogs that are groomed there. He always goes above and beyond of what is required. He also makes the dog feel safe in his care. His kindness and dedication is a strength that should be acknowledged by management. We love Fred♥️
