Difficult to get into on a walk-in basis. When you do make an appointment, they send you a text message to hit when you get there to sign you in, but it doesn’t work so you sit there and wait and then they tell you you’ve waited too long and you’ve got to reschedule an appointment. They’re check-in procedure needs to be redone. It’s not very accurate.

This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with when it comes to customer service. They have gotten rid of the receptionist and expect you to sign in on an IPad and wait for someone to get around to calling your number. Of course that is all you are to them a number they do not care about you as a person. I would rather die than go to them for any kind of tests that I need. I highly suggest going somewhere that cares about you as a patient and not just a customer.

This is one of the worst businesses I have dealt with. There is absolutely nobody to talk to you they expect you to sign in on an IPad and wait till someone gets around to calling your number, because thats all you are to Quest a number. God forbid you have to call it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. I would rather die than have to deal with them running any kind of tests on me. if you can find another place that might give a shit about you as a person I suggest you do so.

They have big problems down there lately. One dr's order did not show up on my Quest Activity page, nor at the Quest office, Lake Jackson. Another dr's orders did show up however the tech did not have it in her file when I was in for tests, so she used orders from 3 months ago.
Quest website says that they will call the dr for these kind of problems but tech said they do NOT call drs
I'm given 3 stars because usually Quest is allright.

I had an appointment for 9:20 and was taken back on time. Staff was very nice and professional. I was out by 9:27.

I completed check in through my phone, but it was not going through the system. I needed to check in again inside the waiting room. I arrived 10 minutes earlier than the appointment time, but waited for 30 minutes to call in for service.
