This is one of the worst businesses I have dealt with. There is absolutely nobody to talk to you they expect you to sign in on an IPad and wait till someone gets around to calling your number, because thats all you are to Quest a number. God forbid you have to call it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. I would rather die than have to deal with them running any kind of tests on me. if you can find another place that might give a shit about you as a person I suggest you do so.

As a walk in client, I really liked the new check-in kiosk which informed you of the time a phlebotomist would be able to do my blood draw. It was very efficient.

The technician who was at the clinic when I was there (at closing time), was being as patient and courteous and professional as if it was the beginning of her day. She was the only staff member there and was having to do both the front and back end of the business. I appreciated how professional she was.

The kiosk to checkin is too tall for wheelchair users.Was given 1 hr 10 minutes wait time. People who walked in 30 minutes after us were given 10 minutes wait time. I asked them if they had a reservation. They did not. When I complained, the employee told me the other people had a reservation, they again told me they did not and the employee lied.

When I call in to make an appointment my name doesn't go through. This is bad for people whose name doesn't go through. Can't go to the clinic to make an appointment.

The automated system is terrible. Making an appoinment should take a few minutes talking to a person at the site you call, not an endless circle of automated responses.

brought my 1 year old son in today to have blood drawn.. 2 nurses sitting there poking their fingers at his arms looking for a vein. When they finally found one they put the needle in & missed so what was their solution? to sit there moving the needle back and forth inside of my sons arm causing him excruciating pain, making him scream at the top of his lungs! They FINALLY take the needle out & have the audacity to ask me if i want them to try again in his other arm that they can poke babies twice! we got our stuff & left! They really had my blood pressure high today! Definitely will NOT be bringing my son back here!

It was very easy to make an appointment for my blood work. Electronic sign-in was super efficient and the blood draw was pain- free and quick.

I had a new experience with this company. Up until this experience I’ve had only positive interactions. A few months ago I went to my regular PC for my annual check up. At the dr I had a blood draw, part of annual physical. Months later I receive a bill for hundreds of dollar from Quest, saying that I have to pay for the blood draw and blood tests for my annual physical. I checked with my insurance company and my annual physical is covered 100%. A bill from Quest for services pd under my insurance is double billing.
