The lady was great. Very knowledgable and helpful. I asked 1000 questions. Boots were in stock and she gave me lots of information about the care.

I've never purchased safety toe shoes/boots before, and I have a difficult foot to fit. The two ladies working in the store went above and beyond to find some boots that fit me with the limited selection available. And they thoroughly explained the services they offer such as cleaning and oiling, the return policy, and the manufacturer's defect coverage. I highly recommend this store.

This store is laid out so that you can find everything easily. The displays are neat and clutter-free. The staff are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Morgan, the store manager greeted me and answered all my questions. She helped me make an educated decision and was patient as I pranced around in the boots I tried on. She had the boots I needed, as well as the cleaning kit. I got the new EXO 2453 work boots with the BOA lacing system. I'll surely be back.

The young man we dealt with was ok but never delivered was told he would bring boots from another store the following day and never happened and to his mgmt he had no idea what we were talking about the 2 young ladies we have dealt with were awesome but to much turnover so they are not there anymore

Christy and Rosie went out their way to ensure I got a boot that fit perfectly. I have weird feet and have a hard time getting boots that fit just right. They really took good care of me.
