Don't come to this location!! Worst experience ever. They don't know what there doing and sales rep will tell you anything and lie to you just to get a purchase. I paid $800 for what I was told was to buy out my watches and apparently it's a down payment. I'm definitely not doing business with tmobile anymore

This store is horrible. The customer service sucks and no one knows how to do anything. They won't return phones when you order them through jump and just leave you to figure it out yourself. You best bet is order online or try a different store.

Went in to get an upgrade on a line and get a line activated. The sales people talked us into the 5G promotion stating we could get a free phone and a free line and our bill would barely change. It's been 2 months that our bill went from $250 to $350. My wife called T-Mobile and they looked over the promotion and said we could only have the free phone or the free line, that we couldn't do both. Either this location's sales rep don't know their promotions or they're just lying to get numbers. So we're out of money cause they fat fingered something

I looked at the reviews before making my way into this location.... WORST experience I've ever had with any retail establishment that I've visited since 1971. I signed up with T-Mobile and it's been all down hill from there. I was totally duped about the phones I was supposed to receive and the service plan I signed up for. If you are new to signing up with T-Mobile, don't waste your valuable time and money. Don't believe the ads or commercials and especially don't believe THIS particular stores manager.

I like to say I had great help in this store from a man named Erik. He was very respectful and humble. But there was a worker there one of the girls whos name starts with a C that was rude. My helper could not find a card reader so he goes into the back to find it. Soon after C comes to our table and drops it off. She walks off and I ask her "Hey he just went in to look for it and he is probably still looking for it. Can you get him." So instead she send him a text message. So after waiting a bit I ask my nephew to go and knock on the door to tell him. Then she come finally comes to tell him but she was rude the way she talked. She definitely had the vibe of not caring. Maybe she forgot that just because the customer isn't talking with her doesn't mean her professionalism should go away.
