I like to say I had great help in this store from a man named Erik. He was very respectful and humble. But there was a worker there one of the girls whos name starts with a C that was rude. My helper could not find a card reader so he goes into the back to find it. Soon after C comes to our table and drops it off. She walks off and I ask her "Hey he just went in to look for it and he is probably still looking for it. Can you get him." So instead she send him a text message. So after waiting a bit I ask my nephew to go and knock on the door to tell him. Then she come finally comes to tell him but she was rude the way she talked. She definitely had the vibe of not caring. Maybe she forgot that just because the customer isn't talking with her doesn't mean her professionalism should go away.

The Lake Jackson T-Mobile team was very friendly & personable, they listened actively were very patient & was very knowledgeable and clarified all information. I will definitely be back for all of my upgrades.

Having phone trouble but the girl at the counter kept shutting me down telling me it’s because the towers are down. She wouldn’t even hear me out on the issues with my phone. Giving this specific store 1 star and the whole entire tmobile carrier service 1 star since their towers seem to be down a lot more frequently than any other carrier in our area.EDIT: called customer service and they say no lines are down.. guess it’s easier to lie than to help.

They helped alot in store and sent us on our way . Veey nice guys. I dont blame the workers. But once we got home it was hell , our wifi isn't working and when the new phone came in we had no idea how to set it up they just sent us on our way with the esim cards , no QR code to scan . And then the T mobile services lady "activated" my phone that was already activated not my second line so now I'm here without any service on either devices !! Bcuz when she activated it , she hung up and it didn't activate. These men did a good job in store , just outside of the store was a mess.

Today the entire TEAM at store #1USX Lake Jackson did a phenomenal job resolving my "Mega, Mountain High" telephone issues.TOGETHER Bianca and her night crew worked tireless with Mark from the technical department to ensure I left after 2.5 hours with a new telephone.My major concern was keeping my contacts.After " ALL " was done and we began to set up the phone, Bianca went into a Google account that I Do Not use and "Wahlaaa" my contacts were "ALL" there. ?20 years with Sprint now T-Mobile, you have won my business.Shout Out to Stephanie Martinez, Thank you for your patience...TEAM works...Thank you again,Cheryl Prince

Went in on 08-12-2022 and the worker name Carla was very rude. I understand sometimes people need to call customer service to get their issue resolved but she could had been more nicer about it. She stated she is only a sales person.

I would give no stars if I could. I've been standing outside the store for over an hour waiting on someone when the sign says the store opens at 10:00. Two people came in at 10:58 and still have yet to open the doors. Looked me in my face and proceeded to walk into the store and it was still not open. It's now 11:30 and the store is still closed. Never will I come here again. Just unprofessional and rude. Two people could have acknowledged the fact I was standing outside the store waiting; not only for them to arrive but to open the freaking door! If store hours have changed then update the store hours whether it's in-store or online. Get it together !!!!!!!!
