My husband purchased a shirt for my son and a bikini for me. Both were great quality. Prices were affordable. Store was clean and well stocked. Employees were helpful. Plenty of parking.

Today is the second time that I ordered delivery from Target in LJ TX and the second time that I also had to cancel my order because they have no one to deliver! Why even offer delivery if there’s no one to fulfill the service?! I called to find out what was going on, as it was 5 minutes away from the time my order was supposed to be delivered. The person in customer service who answered said she had no idea how any of the “delivery stuff” works and then GAVE ME PERMISSION to cancel my order and come shop in the store. I told her I didn’t need her permission for anything, but she could be helpful in what I was actually asking about. She gave me the number to Shipt, because apparently they contract people to deliver. Turns out they had no one to deliver and expected me to wait until tomorrow for my order. I told them no, to cancel it. They gave me a $15 Target credit for the trouble. I don’t even want to deal with Target and their HORRIBLE customer service, so this $15 credit will be the last time I go in there!

This is one place that has been through thick and thin and still thrives with the best products whether be at the store or online. Shopping here is always a big plus since the employees always have a smile when they greet you and are very pleasant to talk to or ask questions regarding any product you are seeking. Thank you!

Stay away from this store.Workers are so untrained.They can't even figure out how to do simple first week register function. The manager had no clue how to handle a small rush of people. Instead they let a line of 18 wait to get to a self check out register to open up.(best part of that was the 3 employees stand there not doing a thing)We had a gift card that needed that needed to be ran as credit and the Manger didn't have a clue how to do the simplest register funtion..THIS STORE IS A VERY BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

I ordered online from the Target in Lake Jackson, Texas. I was able to walk right in a few hours later and was helped by the associate at the self checkout. She verified my order and identity. I got my item and was finished in less than 3 minutes!!!

Such a positive and welcoming environment! The staff are always so sweet and helpful and I can always find what I’m looking for. I truly have never had a bad experience at Target and I’m so glad my family can shop safely and peacefully for our groceries and all necessities we need!
