It's a very well kept, clean, tidy, uncluttered & well maintained store (on both sides: T.J. Maxx & Homegoods), it is extremely common that there is a wide range & variety of Merchandise to choose from & most all of the Associates are very friendly & welcoming! It's never a surprise for them to go above & beyond to make sure that you have had the best shopping experience possible & that you are walking out of their store happy, smiling (even laughing) & with a sense of fulfillment from your shopping experience!

I have been going to Tj Maxx the past week during the night time with my Family for last minute Christmas shopping and the experience is horrible and the customer service is terrible.
My girlfriend recently worked here for tj Maxx mind you she is a great worker and was always harassed by Tracy Stephens and today on December 23, 2024 she was being unprofessional along with her daughter and following us around the store pointing and making my family and I feel uncomfortable.
My family and I couldn’t shop for anything without that manager Tracy Stephens being unprofessional and literally following us outside the store of TjMaxx and i sensed that she was going to start an argument towards my girlfriend and I around my family.
If anyone can get me HR’s number or Email… thank you

Does anyone ever really NEED anything from here? Joking aside, I always manage to come upon something good here. They have a great selection and do a good job of keeping the merchandise organized.

Went shopping today and had the best experience and customer service from Ms. Clevella. After browsing around I found two purses I couldn’t leave without. Clevella was so attentive and recognized immediately that I needed help. She was so quick stop what she was doing and come over to unlock the items and check them out for me even though I know she was busy. I even went back for a third purse and again, received the same exceptional customer service that I have ever received. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me today Clevella, you were so nice to chat with and made my shopping experience fantastic!
