I went to this store to buy supplies and fill my propane tank to prepare for the hurricane, the old lady told me that she couldn't do it because there is a Thunderstorm 10 miles away and the static electricity in the air would be unsafe.. ?
Which is absolute nonsense.. she was just lazy and didn't want to do it.. and basically treating me like I was STUPID.. anyone who has passed 7th grade science
Knows static electricity can not generate with 100% humidity. This employee needs to be replaced ASAP.. I have NEVER Been so Disrespected and discriminated and talked to with such impunity as this old woman did. It's obvious that she doesn't have any proper education. I WILL NEVER Shop at tractor supply again.
Also.. I have talked to other people and she pulled that same lie with other people as well.. it would definitely be in your best interest as a business to replace her and re-train your Employees on proper customer service. And Not Treat your customers like they are stupid.
I spent 45 years as a manager and customer service agent, and if this old woman is the best you can do.. then try harder.

Several people asked me if I needed help, but working with Dana today to find the right dog shelter was a delight. She was super helpful even during a busy lunch rush and actually showed me what I was looking for. Thank you!

We always love this store. The one in Bay City seems larger and does offer more products. We enjoy Lake Jackson and Bay City. Always helpful in both stores. Very courteous. Knowledgeable of all products. Trained extremely well to assist customers.

I have been buying all my feed at this store. They have been keeping their fish food in a corner, blocked in by other pallets and shelving. I talked to the manager about not being able to get the food out and many bags getting torn stored like that. I was assured they were moving it to a new location that very day. Nope, still blocked on. I am now buying all my feed at Reifels in Brazoria.

The worst tractor supply. The older white big ladies do not want to help you. I've been here twice and their customer service has been horrible. I ask a questions and they give you an answer with an attitude. Today, asked the lady if she can please give me bath towels for the pet wash section and she ignored me. I walked up to her again and she said the company that washes the towels have not been there in a month and there's nothing she can go.

Anita as (said on receipt) was just plain rude I walked up to her and said hello how are you and she didn’t say anything and then we checked out and I said OK have a good night and she still did not say anything.. just played on her phone . Shouldn’t work in costumer service if you don’t have and customer service skills.

Tried to buy a fire pit but the nice lady working the section made me move from the online order parking so I decided to go elsewhere. Hope losing the sale was worth all those empty spaces.

Best employees! I stopped in last night for cat eye drops. Sara, and the two gentlemen that were working, were so helpful. They were all very knowledgeable, helpful, and super friendly. Thank you Tractor Supply for hiring such amazing individuals. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I recommend this store- for just about everything pet related, lawn care, home stuff, and even tack (horse) equipment. A big store with a small town feel. ❤️

We moved to Brazoria a little over a year ago and have visited TSC several times. Each time was a pleasant experience. We were greeted and offered assistance upon entering. I did not experience anything like the previous comments (2 in the last 6 years ).The staff was professional and friendly (Meredith, Tiffany and Olivia).

Lemme just start off we needed a trailer and we called around and y’all was the ones with one available… the lady who answered the phone was cordial she even measured the trailer over the phone total god send. Other than that captain America was pretty awesome too he gave us insight and provided us with a speedy check in and out process. Also the new hire Austin is excellent! he’s learning, but his willingnesses to do so goes a long way… in other words he’s tactful and precise and provided us with a excellent experience. Overall 10/10 would rent a trailer again!

Used vet services offered... everyone was very thorough and helpful. From the employees that greeted me in the garden section on my way in, to the vet techs and veterinarian that provided services...thank you all for making it a pleasant, pain free experience!!!
