Initial telephone callbacks were courteous and informative. On site staff was curt, stern, direct and overall not friendly nor informative. Answered negatively to packing supplies inquiries.

The Lady at the Front is a fraud . They will tell you different rate in beginning but charge you extra when you come back.. very very rude like I could literally slap her while she was talking ....
