The girls working at the store are always friendly, always willing to ask if I need help or when I do need help they are actually happy to help. Great atmosphere all in all. Also store looks clean

I got a haircut by Jessica H. She was very knowledgeable in the products she applied to my hair. She cut my hair exactly how I envisioned. I love how it turned out! I highly recommend her, she was very kind and professional!

They wouldn't take a return because I didn't use my phone number to purchase it and couldn't find my receipt. But I guess policies are there for a reason. Other than that, it can be pricey but has a great selection. The service was good

Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life. I called to talk to the salon manager about getting it fixed and was told they would call me the next day. I never got said call.

When I walked in I was not greeted at all. Majority of the time if I’m not greeted when I walk in I immediately leave. But I was in need of products. I picked up a basket and the lady still didn’t acknowledge me. A few minutes went by and I asked her if someone could help me with the makeup. 2 ladies walked by me and went behind the counter. I was the 10-15 min. I left and spent my money elsewhere. They want you to shop local but the service is horrible. I won’t go back to the Lake Jackson location.

Joan and Maryjane lacked ownership in resolving a problem created by Ulta. They couldn’t verify my purchase with an e-receipt that was provided to me and some how thought it was sufficient to give me a $10 reimbursement off of a product that I paid $25. I was basically told that I needed to contact guest services and figure out why Ulta’s e-receipt provided was not displaying my purchase. I was never provided a number to guest services. I left the store an returned shortly and told them I wanted to return the purchase I made and get my original purchase back. They advised me I couldn’t and I became very disappointed it wasn’t until then the 2 ladies I mentioned above decided to contact guest services to verify my purchase. Wow that’s really mind blowing that all they had to was call guest service and give them my information to verify my purchase, that’s unbelievable. It showed how lazy they were in that moment because they didn’t want to be inconvenienced. Why wasn’t this done in the beginning? Part of your job is providing full solutions, taking ownership, and resolving the problem no matter what. The customer isn’t always right but in this case I was. The level of service I received was disgusting and pathetic from those two.

I walked in to the store & was never greeted, walked back to the beauty counter to see about a service & no one was around at counter, the phone started ringing & the employee walked over & never greeted me, i thought maybe she would answer phone & ask if they could hold since i was already standing there & that did not happen, i continued to stand there about 5 min while she was on call & turned around to walk out & no one said anything as i walked through store. A customer standing at counter should come first over a phone call.

So helpful found me some lash glue I actually wasn't allergic too and I'm even allergic to the hypoallergenic ones, they are semipermanent and little different getting used to it but omg so happy to finally put some lashes on and my eyes not swell up they took the time to look at the ingredients in all the formulas with me as I'm allergic to both latex and acrylate
