Not delivering my packages. Leaving random excuses like “no security code”, my apartments don’t have a security code, and “too large” one item was a setting powder.. They keep saying to get a Amazon parcel locker.. I don’t order from Amazon. Anyone I’ve interacted with from this location about this issue has been extremely rude.

Horrible, absolutely horrible. The people working inside are rude. The substitute carriers don’t deliver packages at all, they barely deliver the regular mail. The Post Master doesn’t care or help. But this fancy facility is in the snobby town of Lake Jackson, so of course they do no wrong. 🙄

The lady at the front desk was able to help my unique situation regarding sending an official letter to my property management company (Lake Jackson Property Management) due to them not taking a maintenance request seriously from a rental house I am a tenant in. (There is an alarming amount of mold rapidly growing in the house)
I arrived and got this done at around 11:30 on Monday, July 22nd, 2024. Wait time was reasonable.

This is where I go for my kids' passport applications. Always polite. Today, Krystal (sorry if I misspelled your name) helped us right away even though we arrived earlier than our appointment time. We were finished and out the door 10 minutes later. Make sure to do your part and have all your documents, copies, and payment ready to make the process fast and easy.

The package drop off chute has been broken for over a month now. Not everyone has time to come during business hours to drop something off. The girl at the counter told me they have the part but just need someone to install it. Well quit jackin around and GET IT FIXED
