“They are great with my crazy, giant dog. There is little to no wait, yet the vet always takes her time with us.
VCA never tries to upsell me anything, and will authorize prescriptions to online pet pharmacies, so I can get discounted medication for my dog.
I have had to euthanize two elderly dogs previously. Both times they were incredibly kind and patient throughout the process, and told me I made the correct decision-which helped ease my aching heart a bit.
