Friendly staff help me to get the best deal. I would go back there and suggest them to anyone they had a great deal going at the time and we’re able to get me coupons to help me where my insurance did not.

The staff was super friendly & helpful! Dr stokes made me feel very comfortable as it was my first ever visit with her! She was honest and thorough with my entire check up! I’ll definitely be returning when I’m in need!

Although my experience was wonderful I especially wanted to take note of the help. The staff gave an older couple whose husband had lost his wallet. They took time and effort and tried and tried to help him find. It looked all over the place. I don’t think it was found I’m afraid someone may have stolen it, but regardless, the time was spent and I appreciate the fact that they did it

I always feel so welcomed and cared for from the beginning of my visits to the end. Starting with the front desk girls, they are so welcoming, always smiling, very friendly..etc. Dr. Stokes is AMAZING. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, and makes sure you don't leave her chair without unanswered questions. I wish all doctors were like her. I love the communication through text and phone calls. I appreciate the ENTIRE office.

Professional how they speak to you condescendingly like you are ignorant. You work in customer service so maybe brush up on your customer care. There are many many options for eye wear locations and I will not give my business to Lake Jackson VisionWorks again. Hire people who actually want to do their job appropriately. Update I picked up glasses and they came with a scratch! Brand new with a scratch on them! I ordered contacts from them last year and one of the contacts was busted open so I guess I won’t be seeing from that eye. They would not replace the damaged contact. I am guessing the scratched lens won’t be replaced either. The quality is poor and there is no customer care. Spend your money elsewhere.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Maya at Visionworks. She made the process of ordering my contacts super easy, did not pressure me to make unnecessary purchases like I've experienced at other places, and answered any and all questions I had with patience and genuine care. Great customer service! I had my eye appointment with associated doctor, Dr. Stokes, who was thorough, encouraging, and suggested ways to save money on my eye care without sacrificing safety. At the Vision-works store, Felicia and Maya both went above and beyond to find my insurance information and obtain my updated prescription. A previous attempted order with a different vendor fell through because they did not or could not help with these things. I'm incredibly satisfied and will continue to patronize Vision-works.
